Mind Body Wellness Centre cuts the ribbon
Mind Body Wellness Centre is open and held a ribbon cutting recently. The new business is located at 2604 North Elm Street in Lumberton and is owned by local resident Heather Estrada. Being rooted in faith, they believe in building relationships and creating individualized care to each person who walks through their door. Together we will develop a treatment best suited to your specific needs, whether that be chronic pain management with massage or an hour of relaxation to reduce stress and promote a healthier mind body connection. They also provide an onsite Infrared Sauna(red light therapy) to use privately or with a friend. This sauna can provide muscle soreness relief and decreased inflammation while simultaneously simply relaxing and quieting the mind. It’s exciting to offer something unique and beneficial to Robeson County. They want to encourage the community to welcome an holistic approach to pain relief.
