Mickey Gregory presented Richard Monroe with the Order of the Long Leaf Pine which is the highest award for State service granted by the office of the Governor. Mickey shared information about Richard’s extraordinary service to our City and County providing a history of his career, awards, volunteerism, leadership roles and many accomplishments.
