Subway cuts the ribbon
A ribbon cutting was held recently for Subway located at 2785 W. 5th Street in Lumberton. The business offers new bold flavors along with old favorites to satisfy guests every day. Mind Body Wellness Centre cuts the ribbon
Mind Body Wellness Centre is open and held a ribbon cutting recently. The new business is located at 2604 North Elm Street in Lumberton and is owned by local resident Heather Estrada. Being rooted in faith, they believe in building relationships and creating individualized care to each person who walks through their door. Together we will develop a treatment best suited to your specific needs, whether that be chronic pain management with massage or an hour of relaxation to reduce stress and promote a healthier mind body connection. They also provide an onsite Infrared Sauna(red light therapy) to use privately or with a friend. This sauna can provide muscle soreness relief and decreased inflammation while simultaneously simply relaxing and quieting the mind. 219 ELM cuts the ribbon
On July 19th, 2024, the Lumberton Chamber of Commerce held an anniversary ribbon cutting for 219 ELM and Legal Grounds. 219 ELM, which houses Legal Grounds Coffee Shop as well as Gigi’s Antiques and Collectables, The Closet Ladies Clothing and the Book Store, celebrated their one-year anniversary with the help of the Chamber and local government representatives. Hoping to support the revitalization of the Historic Downtown Lumberton District, Gidget and Tommy Vickers opened 219 ELM and provide a casual shopping and destination with excellent coffee and food selections from local family suppliers, as well as a relaxing environment with free WIFI, meeting space and open seating to relax, read, enjoy game night, listen to music, or meet with local friends and family. Use 1903 for your private meetings or group functions, or try The Alley, which is their open event space which also provides a great entertainment venue for local and private events, as well as Open Mic Nights, to showcase local talents, everything from singer songwriters to comedians and poets.
