The transformation has officially begun at Biggs Park Mall, bringing new energy to Lumberton’s retail landscape.

National retailers including TJ Maxx, Burlington, and Five Below are coming to the center, with additional restaurants in discussion. Existing stores—including Belk, Maurice’s, and other longtime tenants—will also renovate as part of the redevelopment.

This $18 million investment by K.M. Biggs, Inc. continues the family’s legacy of adapting to changing retail trends, creating a modern hybrid shopping destination while preserving space for community events.
